    • The demand for silent computer hardware has grown rapidly over recent years. While Modders steered the style trends in the Gaming PC market, Audiophiles and HTPC enthusiasts pushed the PC industry to eliminate noise. One of these silent enthusiasts was Mike Chin (silentpcreview). Mike collaberated with Antec in designing their popular P180 midtower case that debuted in 2006. Four years later comes the P180’s little brother, Antec’s Mini P180.

Mnpctech’s Tom Hawkinson just purchased one for a new mod project and shared this review with us.

Sweet review and sweet case. I have one of it’s big brothers and it looks like they did a great job developing the little sibling.

There is some really good features on the case, but i can’t help thinking it is a bit limited. The biggest problem for me is the size, i buy a M-ATX case to be small, the mini p180 does look as though it could fit a standard ATX motherboard, so why limit it M-ATX.

Looking forward to seeing what you do with it though.

Those 200mm fans are great. I’m dropping a low RPM 250mm in the new side panel for my case.
